Coefficient & ace analysis
Race coefficient = clocking position ÷ birds entered × 1,000. Lower is better. The ace table averages that coefficient across completed selected races. By default, a bird must complete every selected race; Iron Pigeon races are excluded until you select them. These are custom analytical rankings, not official awards.
Time behind first & arrival windows
“Time behind first” uses WinCompanion’s archived “To Win” field. The arrival window counts clockings within your chosen number of seconds, inclusive. It helps compare birds arriving close together; it does not determine historical first-drop prizes. Archived times have the precision shown in the original report.
Average speed & champion birds
Season champions opens with your selected races, ranked by weighted speed. You can also rank by average coefficient or total time behind first. By default, every selected race must be completed. Use WinCompanion standings to see the original published tables; custom race selections do not change those records.
Custom weighted speed is total distance divided by total flight time inferred from each reported speed, not a simple average of speeds. Small differences from published standings can occur because archived speeds are rounded. Custom points are not calculated because the historical points rules are not included in these archives.
Current season & automatic updates
The 2026 season uses current WinCompanion race reports and published average-speed standings. New races and later corrections are saved throughout the season. Results remain provisional until verified by the loft. The last source check is shown above; if an update fails, the previous saved results stay available.
Coverage & missing results
This is a saved copy of the Martinez Classic race reports listed in WinCompanion’s 2020–2025 archive, including all result pages and birds not clocked. A bird absent from a report is “Not listed”; a listed bird without a clocking is “Not clocked.” Neither receives a zero coefficient. Bird histories match full band identifiers within each season. Blank weather fields remain unavailable.
Archived distances, race formats and conditions vary by year. Compare within the same season and selected races. Final awards and historical eligibility remain subject to the loft’s records.
